Rust Stain Remover: Effective Use for All Seasons


Rapidly removes rust from ferrous metal and stainless steel. It is non-corrosive, non-flammable, and non-toxic. Also it contains no solvents, acids, bases or hazardous ingredients. Works at room temperature. Easy and safe to use. Safe on soft metals, plastics, rubbers and other surfaces unharmed by water alone. This will not discolor unrusted steel.

It has been proven effective to remove even deep rust on all types of mild steel and iron. It is safe on all surfaces and will not harm copper, brass, aluminum, plastic, rubber, vinyl, or most paints. It is non-flammable and contains no petroleum solvents. Preclean item to remove oil and dirt and any loose rust.

  1. Rinse item and immerse item fully for minutes.
  2. Once rust is removed, rinse item with water. To prevent re-rusting simply dip the item back in rust remover solution and then remove and allow to air dry.
  3. If the solution is really dirty from heavy usage and leaves a dirty film residue after re dipping item, simply rinse off with water again and spray item with new rust remover out of a spray bottle.
  4. Let item air dry after spraying. Deeply rusted parts may require overnight soaking.

Rust remover can be used over and over again until performance drops off. In most cases, it can be safely put down the drain. When not using used portions of this product, pour through strainer of some type to separate iron content and then store remaining portions in separate sealed container to prevent any evaporation or contamination of any type to remaining product. If using rust remover in a dip bath and you experience some evaporation, replace lost level by adding water.
